SUMMER STUDENT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

SCERDO supports young people enrolled in educational programs by offering work experience through our Summer Student Employment Program. As a summer student employed at SCERDO, you will benefit from exposure to a challenging and meaningful work environment, gain insight into today's workforce, enhance your skills,  and refine your academic and career goals. 


What are the qualifications?

To qualify for a SCERDO summer job program:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older;
  •  You must be legally able to work in Canada;
  • You must be enrolled full time in a secondary school, or a college/university program and returning to school in the fall;
  • You must have proof of your school enrolment;
  • You must have a police or criminal records check.


How do I apply?

You must apply in person between May 1, 2017 and May 12, 2017. Late applications will not be accepted.

We will contact successful candidates from May 15 to May 19 by telephone or email. Most  summer students will begin employment on June 1st, 2017 and finish on August 31st, 2017. We thank all those who apply; however only those contacted for an interview will be considered.
