Catastrophic Famine in East Africa: Urgent Appeal for donations.

SCERDO is a non-profit and charitable organization, registered since 1999 and is committed to promote education, development, and emergency relief.

·        11 million people in desperate need of humanitarian aid in East Africa

·        1 in 3 Somali children are severely malnourished

·        Since the beginning of 2011, 50, 000 Somalis each month have fled into refugee camps in Somalia, Kenya and Ethiopia looking for food, water  and shelter

·        SCERDO is prepared to help and provide food, water and clothing to those most in need

·        95% will go directly to the people in need, and 5% will go to logistics.

·        The SCERDO team will be onsite in Kenya

Target areas include:

·        The Somali regions, Lower Jubba, Lower Shabelle, and Bakool

·        Dadaab, IFO, and Hagardher Refugee Camps   in Kenya
